How often should I clean my windows?
Exterior every 2–3 months; interior every 3–6 months. Near trees, busy roads, or water? Consider more frequent service.
What’s included in a standard window cleaning?
Streak-free cleaning of glass panes (inside/outside as booked), wipe of sills/ledges, light track detailing, and screen washing (if selected).
Can you remove hard water stains?
Yes. We use professional mineral removal methods. Severe etching may need glass restoration; we’ll advise on the spot.
Are you insured?
Absolutely. Fully insured for your peace of mind.
How do estimates work?
Fast, free quote by text or form—send your address and a few photos (front/back). Fixed upfront pricing before we start.
Do I need to be home?
For exterior-only cleanings, not required (access needed to the property). For interior work, an adult must be present.
How long does a typical job take?
Most homes: 1–3 hours, depending on window count, access, and add-ons.
What should I do before the appointment?
Clear window sills and move fragile items. We’ll handle the rest and put things back how we found them.
What if it’s raining?
Light rain doesn’t affect results. Heavy weather? We’ll reschedule quickly at no charge.
Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes—discounted maintenance (bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual) to keep your glass crystal clear year-round.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Card, cash, or invoice on completion. No surprise fees.

What do you install for holiday lighting?
Professional-grade LED roofline lights (C9/C7), mini-lights for trees/bushes, wreaths/garland, stake lights along walkways, timers, and clean, weather-safe clips.
What’s included in your service?
Design, custom-cut lights to fit your roofline, professional installation, timers, in-season maintenance, takedown after the holidays, and optional storage.
Do I buy the lights or are they provided?
We provide commercial-grade lights and hardware sized to your home. If you already own lights, we’ll review and advise if they’re install-ready.
When should I book?
As early as possible—prime dates fill fast (October–November). Some schedule in August-September to get on the schedule before it fills up. We’ll confirm your install window and takedown at booking.
How do you power and control the lights?
We use outdoor GFCI outlets and set digital or dusk-to-dawn timers. Cable runs are planned to be tidy and safe.
Are you insured and safe on roofs?
Yes. Fully insured, with proper ladders, roof safety practices, and non-damaging clips for shingles, gutters, and fascia.
What if a strand goes out?
In-season maintenance is included—if a bulb or strand fails, text us and we’ll fix it promptly.
When do you take the lights down?
After the holidays—typically early January. We’ll confirm your takedown window during booking.
Do you offer storage?
Yes—optional off-season storage so your lights are organized and ready next year.
How is pricing determined?
Based on roofline footage, number of trees/bushes, decor, and access. Send a few photos for a fast, itemized quote.
