Interior Window Cleaning

Exterior Window Cleaning

With our pure water fed system, we can clean high hard to reach windows with our pole system that can leave your windows sparkling and streak free. Our hand detailed cleaning process is unmatched by the detail and thoroughness of our glass cleanings.



Window Screen Cleaning

We can also remove your window screens and hand clean them one by one on each side to give your windows that full detail bath they require from time to time, so next time you look through your windows, you see a brand new look from the inside and out!

NOTICE: We do NOT: Clean Airport or Port packages, Storm windows, Detail clean inside /outside Sills (we quickly wipe them included), Detail clean inside/ outside Tracks (we quickly wipe them included), Clean inside/outside Frames, Blind cleaning/fixing, Dust Cobwebs, Change smoke detector batteries, Replace light bulbs, Install/remove bird screening, Commercial buildings, Storefronts, New Construction, construction cleanup, barbecue stain removal, or calcium stain removal.

NOTICE: Prior to setting appointment, it is IMPORTANT all the following items are done before window cleaning or we will need to reschedule at the door as we will not clean windows as all of these things cause the windows to become dirty immediately: Construction/Landscaping inside or outside (examples: wood floor replacement, sanding, mulching, sawing, new construction, renovations, and additions) OR Cleaning inside or outside (examples: house cleaning, dusting, blind cleaning, window frame/ sill/ track cleaning, pressure washing, roof cleaning, or house siding cleaning)

We prefer cash/check and we accept debit/credit cards..

We use booties / shoe covers if we enter your home…

The pricing for cleaning windows inside and outside is :$.19 per sqft of house (no sales tax required).

EXAMPLES: (Minimum $300.00)

1000 sqft house X $.19 = $190.00 (Minimum $300)
2000 sqft house X $.19 = $380.00
3000 sqft house X $.19 = $570.00
4000 sqft house X $.19 = $760.00
5000 sqft house X $.19 = $950.00
6000 sqft house X $.19 = $1,140.00

There is a minimum of $300.00.

For outside only cleaning take the above pricing and X .60. That is the price. There is a minimum of $300.00.
Outside only is 60 % of the cost of inside and outside cleaning.

NOTICE: All houses we clean outside only we still need to go inside the house during the ENTIRE appointment for many reasons.

There are extra costs to clean: screens ($5.00 ea.), garage windows, skylights (($30.00 ea. in/out, $18.00 ea. out only)- If the roof is walkable)), deck railing glass ($3 per pane both sides), sunrooms, enclosed porches, window boxes, unfinished basement areas, relights (Interior glass between rooms, above doors, or internal french doors), Clerestory panes(any window panes on a wall of a room that is carried higher than the surrounding roofs to light the interior space), and transom windows (those are windows that are immediately above the regular windows).

We remove and replace the screens during the window cleaning..We can clean the screens for $5.00 per screen extra cost. No Sales Tax.
